JohnMORTONand I would like to thank the friends and family who attended John's "Celebration of Life Service", we were overwhelmed with just how many friends he had and pleased to meet so many of them. Thanks to our grandson Dale who wrote a poem for his Uncle John, our daughter Lynn who did special things for a special day and our son Lee for his stalwart support. Thanks also to Jim Petherick of the Humanist Society, his service was beautiful, to constables Steve Boyce and Katie Dees for their help and understanding, to Jamie for his beautiful words and to everyone for the flowers, cards and letters received and to staff of James McEwan & Son. John will be missed by so many but never forgotten. Lilias, John and family.
